Corporate Fundraising module now available in Fundflow
A partnership with a company rarely starts with a gift. It starts with an introduction, a few conversations and a proposal that can take months to land. That journey deserves the same follow-up as the rest of your fundraising. That is why Fundflow CRM for Nonprofits now has a Corporate Fundraising module, available to all Fundflow customers.
Track corporate relationships in steps that fit fundraising
You follow each relationship from prospect through relationship building and proposal to negotiation and commitment. On a kanban board you see at a glance where each conversation stands and what the next step is.
The people behind the company
You link contacts to their organisation and to the record. Who is the day-to-day contact, who decides and who signs? It is all there.
Email and follow-up in one place
Emails from Outlook or Gmail link directly to a corporate partner's record, attachments included. When you email from the record, the right recipient is already filled in, and nobody has to forward or copy anything. Tasks and calls get their own subjects, such as proposal sent, follow-up after proposal or contract review.
Donors and corporate partners in the same CRM
Your corporate relationships stay out of your selections for donor mailings by default, so a corporate contact does not receive your donation mailing by accident. The bigger picture: one team, one overview and no separate lists on the side.
What comes next
We are already working on what comes next. In the coming weeks we will look at what happens after the proposal: recording the commitment as soon as the proposal is on the table, and following the path from conversation to commitment to received gift in the same place.
