about impactella
The organization behind Fundflow
Impactella is a Belgian nonprofit association (vzw). We build tools that help nonprofits do less administration and more of what they're actually here for.
What Impactella does
Impactella was set up with one goal: help nonprofits in Belgium spend less time on paperwork and more time on impact.
We work alongside organizations across the country, supporting them with tools built for the way the sector actually operates. Fundflow is our main product. It runs on Salesforce and automates the financial administration that keeps fundraisers from doing their real work.
We are based in Belgium and focus exclusively on the nonprofit sector.
Built on Salesforce
Fundflow sits on top of the world's most widely used CRM, which means your data is secure and your platform grows with you.
Belgium and Beyond
Core features are built around Belgian requirements, from tax certificates to SEPA mandates. Nonprofits operating internationally are equally welcome.
Up to 10 users, one price
No per-seat billing in the standard package. No surprise configuration costs. Transparent pricing that fits nonprofit budgets.
Why a nonprofit runs a product like this
Impactella is a nonprofit organization.
That has a practical meaning: there are no shareholders, and every decision we make is shaped by what's useful for the sector, not by what maximizes margin.
1
No outside investors
Pricing and product decisions are ours to make.
We set them based on what works for nonprofits, not on what a funding round demands.
2
Surplus stays in the sector
Any operating surplus goes back into product development and support, or toward reducing costs for smaller organizations.
3
Sector experience
The people behind Fundflow have worked in and around nonprofits for years. The problems we solve are ones we've seen up close.

Fundflow: financial admin, automated
Fundflow handles the work that used to pile up on your desk: processing gifts, managing SEPA direct debits, generating tax certificates, and producing board reports. All of it runs automatically, inside Salesforce, so you can focus on the donors and projects that actually matter.
